I selected a vehicle from the vehicle finder, but nothing happened?
The Ultimate9 vehicle finder performs by only showing products in a range that are compatible with a vehicle once a vehicle is selected.
For example, to view Throttle Controllers available for your vehicle, follow these steps:
- First, select your vehicle from the vehicle finder menu.
- Next, navigate to the throttle controller page by clicking Our Range > Throttle Controllers.
- Once on the Throttle Controller page and a vehicle is selected, you will be able to:
- Click the orange 'VIEW PRODUCTS' button to view all controllers available for your vehicle.
- Click the orange 'BUY NOW' button on a specific throttle controller to view that model range compatible with your vehicle.
I changed my vehicle selection and got a 'Whoops, our bad...'?
If you are viewing a product that is not compatible with a new vehicle finder selection, the website will return a 404 Not Found error page.
To remedy this, simply return to the product range you were considering and select the product/s that are instead compatible with your new vehicle finder selection.

Ultimate9's operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Enquiries made during hours of operation will be responded to as soon as possible, generally within 24 hours. Enquiries made over a weekend or during a public holiday will be responded to as soon as we return.

How long will it take to process my order?
At Ultimate9, we pride ourselves on our quick service.
If you place your order before 3 pm, Monday - Friday, we endeavour to fulfil and dispatch your order the same day.
Orders placed over a weekend will be processed the following business day.
*Delays in order processing may occur around public holidays.
