Order processing
At Ultimate9, we pride ourselves on our quick service.
If you place your order before 3 pm, Monday - Friday, we endeavour to fulfil and dispatch your order the same day.
Orders placed over a weekend will be processed the following business day.
*Delays in order processing may occur around public holidays.
Domestic shipping
Ultimate9 utilises Australia Post and StarTrack Express for all domestic services.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address on the order invoice once a shipment label is generated - in some cases, this may be filtered into your spam folder.
*Couriers provide any displayed delivery time estimates. Delays may occur due to peak periods and other factors.
Orders without tracking
Some small products, when ordered individually, may be sent via the Australia Post Mail service, which is an untracked service.
Orders dispatched using this method will have their tracking details updated to reflect this using terms such as "Envelope, Letter" for the tracking information.
International shipping
We offer worldwide delivery, utilising DHL and Australia Post International for our international shipments.
*Local taxes or customs/import duties are not covered with international shipments.
