Order processing

At Ultimate9, we pride ourselves on our quick service.
If you place your order before 3 pm, Monday - Friday, we endeavour to fulfil and dispatch your order the same day.

Orders placed over a weekend will be processed the following business day.

*Delays in order processing may occur around public holidays.


Domestic shipping

We utilise Australia Post for all our domestic services and upgrade most orders to express post free of charge. Tracking information for express post orders can be found on the invoice sent after an order is processed.

In most cases, orders will arrive the next business day. Some areas may experience a 1-2 day delay if express services aren't available in your area.

*Delivery time estimates are provided by couriers. Delays may occur due to peak periods and a number of other factors.

Orders without tracking

Some smaller products, when ordered individually, will be sent via the Australia Post Mail service, which is an untracked service.

Orders dispatched using this method will have their tracking details updated to reflect this using terms such as "Envelope" for the tracking information.


International shipping

We offer worldwide delivery, utilising DHL for our international shipments.

Ultimate9 currently offers international shipping as a free service.

*Local taxes or customs duties are not covered with international shipments.
